Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, it will take approximately 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Once this is complete, orders are shipped from our warehouse.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. All orders are also tracked, which means from the moment your item leaves our warehouse right through to it's delivery, you can track where it is using your tracking number.

You tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been processed and shipped. Depending on the shipping company used to ship to your location and it may take a couple of days for the shipping information to updated on their end and for it to be visible when checking your tracing number.. If your tracking code is not working and it has been longer than 5 business days from when you placed your order with us, please contact our support team via the “Contact Us” tab.
